We are recruiting nationally and planning work locally. Wherever you are based in the UK, your application will be considered for a working area built around your location, with all jobs within 70 miles of home.
What you’ll be doing
- Install and commission domestic heat pump systems as part of our engineering team.
- Work carefully in customers’ homes, with safe working practices and a high standard of workmanship.
- Complete installation records and help customers understand their new heating system.
- Work with colleagues to resolve practical installation issues and deliver a well-organised service.
What you’ll bring
- Practical heat pump or heating installation experience and pride in doing the job properly.
- A clear, professional approach when working with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to travel to local jobs within the advertised 70-mile radius.
- An interest in developing your skills, with team-building and management opportunities for those who want to progress.

What’s on offer
You’ll receive a salary of £50,000 per annum and paid holiday. All jobs will be within 70 miles of where you live. There is also the opportunity to build and manage teams, giving you a route to take on more responsibility as we grow.
