Join Cucumber Eco’s own heat pump engineering team. Earn £50,000 a year, receive paid holiday and work on jobs within 70 miles of where you live, with the opportunity to build and manage teams as we grow.
Turn inbound enquiries into practical improvements for customers’ homes. Full training is provided, with uncapped commission and a salary to be confirmed. Based at our Kimada House office in Urmston, Manchester.
Design heat pump systems, coordinate with our engineers and support customers after installation. £50,000 per annum, based at our Kimada House office in Urmston, Manchester. At least three years’ heat pump design experience required.
Carry out EPC assessments, airtightness testing and U-value testing across England and Wales. £35,000 per annum, with airtightness test training and kit provided, plus a company vehicle, covered fuel and accommodation.

The Energy Performance Advisor and Heat Pump System Designer roles are based at Kimada House, 442 Flixton Road, Urmston, Manchester, M41 6QT. These office roles connect customer advice, system design and delivery.
Our EPC Assessor works across England and Wales, with a company vehicle, fuel and accommodation covered. For our Heat Pump Engineer role, we recruit nationwide and plan jobs within 70 miles of the successful engineer’s home.
